Terms and Conditions for Showroom Display Units

1. Display Condition
   Showroom display units are sold in their existing condition and may have cosmetic imperfections, including scratches, scuff marks, dents, discolouration or other signs of handling and display.
2. As-Is Sale
   All display units are sold on an “as-is” basis at the agreed discounted price. Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully and clarify any concerns before making payment.
3. Acknowledgement of Condition
   By purchasing a display unit, the customer acknowledges and accepts its existing condition, including any visible defects or imperfections disclosed or reasonably observable at the time of purchase.
4. No Exchange or Refund
   All sales of showroom display units are final. No exchange, return or refund will be accepted due to cosmetic imperfections or other conditions disclosed or accepted at the time of purchase, subject to applicable laws.
5. Warranty
   Any applicable warranty coverage, exclusions and limitations will be communicated at the point of sale. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the discounted display-unit price does not imply additional warranty coverage.
6. Accessories and Packaging
   Display units may be sold without their original packaging, manuals, accessories or other supplied items. The included items, if any, will be confirmed before purchase.
7. Delivery and Collection
   Delivery, installation and collection arrangements, including any applicable charges, will be confirmed at the point of sale.
8. Acceptance of Terms
   Full payment constitutes the customer's acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and the disclosed condition of the display unit.
