For you and your safe’s security, we will note down the last 3-digit and alphabet of your identity card to verify your identity when you collect the key. This is an added security measure to confirm ownership of your safe.
To request Replacement Key or reset the combination of your safe, kindly send your request to enq@duro.com.sg with photos showing the model and serial number of your safe. We will respond within the next 1-2 business days.
If you do not receive any reply, please call us at +65 6745 6800 during our business hours.
In the event you had forgotten your combination to open the safe, we need to make a site visit to reset the safe.

Once the payment has been received, it usually takes 16-20 business days to arrive in Singapore from the Korean Headquarters. Unforeseen delay may occur.
